Through pressure on the energy points located along the merdians, the release of Qi energy is favored, the nervous system relaxes, better blood circulation with great benefits for the entire system of the human body
Thai Massage
Stretching
Thai massage has roots in the oriental traditional medicine, is given on the ground on a confortable matress, it consists of pressures along the meridians called Sen, and of stretching positions that can be considered as Hata Yoga exercises. Therefore it works both on energetic and physical bodies. As is the operator guiding the receiving in a certain stretching position, this technique has the mostly deserved epithet of “Yoga for lazy people”.

The goal of Reiki is to harmonize the energies of body, heart, mind and spirit with the universal energy. The receiver is lying down on the futoon, while a relaxing music sounds with the the ocean waves and the singing of the seagulls. The giver, concentrating and relaxing, through the laying on of the hands, will be a channel for the universal energy, rich in warmness and good vibrations, to flow in the body of the receiving, allowing in him harmony and relaxation.
Sport Massage
Deep Tissue
The goal of sport massage is to increase the athlete's performances, but also to get him ready for a correct and safe training, as with appropriate techniques we can drastically reduce the probabilities of injuries during sporting activities, and for this reason it can be a very important therapy during the physical training. Therefore sport massage would be recommended not only before a competition, but also during the pause between competitions, or after the competition itself.
Back Massage
This massage focuses especially on the back, heating previously the area with superficial and fast movements, in order then to go deeper to release the blocks and the tensions that can be the origin of diffused pain. We would use in this case a special oil or cream.
The receiving is lying down prone on the bed, well supported by pillows for feet and arms, in order to previously put in discharge all the interested areas. A nice relaxing music, and so the massage begins.
Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Reflexology is an ancient massage, Shivago Komarapaj, contemporary of Buddha, considerated the father of Thai medicine.
The receiving is comfortably lying down on the bed, the massage therapist heats the feet with a special menthol unguent and makes use of a little wooden stick to stimulate reflex points connected to organs and to all the areas of the human body, in order to relax and release some common pain as backache, headache and so on.

Through Yoga you can become more aware of yourself and of your physical and mental blocks, and gently, lesson after lesson you can reach a great state of wellness, until you may arrive, if you are constant in the practice, to the union with divinity, in other words Yoga.
